We do it in 5 easy steps, starting with the design – Our partners have been in the industry long enough to know what makes a great security specialist. In order to handle your security requirements and turn them into a fully functioning tool to protect your assets, our client specialists need to have minimum 2 years experience as an installation technician. This ensures when it comes to experience your client specialist knows first hand what it will take. Each client specialist goes through a paid 4-week class to learn all about client relationships to prepare a quote.
Accounting – This is where we sit down with you to work out the payment details that will work for you and collect your deposit.
Schedule – Our schedule and/or product manager is in charge of booking in the dates that work for you. We will review how the installing will go, double checking any PPE requirements, gathering other contacts, access codes, parking details and any other relevant information.
Installation – At the pre-arranged time your installers will show up. The lead installer will go over the security plan with you once again to make sure nothing has changed. We will be completing a full hazard assessment to make sure the site is in a safe working condition. Once you have signed off, the installers will get to work. Most of the work is done in the background or in your server room, so don’t be alarmed if you don’t see them. They will show you updates on how the progress is going. Our project manager will be on site during the installation to make sure our products and service is all in order and is often willing to lend a hand while on site. The installer will work with you to set a time to conduct the one on one product training so you can get into the driver’s seat and understand how to use your product.
Sign off – Once the installation is complete your client specialist will follow up with you to make sure everything is as promised. They will then hand over the the operation manuals and security report of equipment.
